I used to wake up around 3:00 in the morning and couldn't go back to sleep. I would sometimes take Tylenol pm but then it would make me drowsy in the morning. Since I started taking this I have been able to sleep through the night and wake up rested. I am really surprised how well this works for me.

You added b6 which i already take and now that creates problems. If I had wanted b6 I would have bought it but you forced it on me so I will not buy your product as a result

Serving size is different than directed use... It says the serving size is 2 capsules; but the directions for use is to take 3 times a day! Does that mean 6 capsules each day??? It is very confusing.
