Natural Rhythm Triple Calm Magnesium Supplements for Sleep and Stress Relief, 120 Capsules

I started taking it 2 weeks ago, so far I take only 1 pill a day to wait how it goes, then will increase- and I bought it as I had low magnesium, leg cramps often when sleeping and even from cold, one time I had cramps in cold airconditioned Walmart! And I also had heart palpitations, strong beats and fast pulse- so since taking it I not feel those heart palpitations so much - my heart is calmer and I am happy :) It was 7 years that way - It started when I took some cleansing herbs that made me weak and sick and since then my heart was beating like irregular or storng. Now I not feel it so much as before - i still have to replenish my magnesium level .

This works great. Take one tablet early evening and then the second tablet at bedtime. Drift right off to sleep. No drugged feeling in the morning, just feel rested. (Didn't work as well when I took the tablets at the same time.)

Excellent source of magnesium and will be a staple product in my supplements.
