This probiotic-multivitamin is a quality product and works well for me.

I did not look at the quantity that you needed to take every day when I purchase these. the last natural multivitamin that I bought with fruits and vegetables you only needed to take one. with this brand you have to take three in order to get the milligram count on the back of the bottle. not such a good deal after that. that I was getting a good deal by spending under $9 for $120 multivitamins and that wasn't the case at all. I gave them to my granddaughter to take cuz she's in her preteens and taking one is all she needs but for an adult person you definitely need to take all three.

I bought because of the ingredients. But!! If you have a sensitive gag reflex, do not buy these!! The smell and taste is so gross!! I will not be buying them again!!
