I use this to stop muscle cramps. I usually add this to grapefruit seed extract, water, and stevia to create a great grapefruit soda. It creates a fizzy drink.

Best to take right before bedtime.

I was told about this product from a friend, and she heard about it from her father, and they said that it would help stop leg cramps. Since taking it, I can say that I have not experienced any leg cramps. Before taking this product, the leg cramps were walking me up at night, and keeping me up for 30 to 60 minutes.

I have used Calm for years. I ran out recently and was getting terrible sleep. Walmart had the best price for it and it came quickly. It is delicious and easily absorbed in my system.

Calming effect without negative side-effects. The flavored modifies the flavor so adding a water flavor makes it user friendly.

Unpleasant taste but extremely effective product. I have been drinking Natural Calm for several years with warm water. Natural Calm takes awhile to fully dissolve it helps with my ongoing digestive issues. This product has increased in price by nearly $4.00 in the last 2 years!

When I ordered it said it would arrive 3/17. It's now 3/18 and nothing has been delivered. No shipping updates. Contacted USPS and they say shipping label was created but they never received the package for delivery. Contacted seller and the seller said as of 3/17 that they were out of stock and awaiting more product to ship out but as soon as they had some in stock they would ship it and offered a refund. It would have been nice to know a week ago it was out of stock otherwise I could have ordered from somewhere else instead of them wasting my time and money.
