I really enjoy this product. I tried the raspberry lemonade flavor and it tastes really good. It does fizzle like a soda when mixing so make sure you use a decent cup. I drink it every night and it does help me fall asleep with no issues. I gave it four stars because for the price, the bottle is rather small.

I love this product! I know there is a viral bedtime cocktail using magnesium and yes this product works great for that! But personally I loved adding it to my fruit smoothie every evening with dragon fruit! The Raspberry-Lemon flavor works great in them! The container may seem small but just one has lasted about a month if not longer just depending on how much you add! When you start you really don’t need much at all! It has definitely helped my overall sleep! It doesn’t make me fall asleep but man does it help me stay asleep!! I talked about it so much my fiancé gave in and tried it and now he loves it as well! I make a tart cherry juice smoothie with this powder and dragonfruit as well as pineapple and a little apple juice and it’s amazing! Remember not to mix it with dairy as it can dull the magnesium! All in all AWESOME product and we will purchase again!

Great quality, great taste and quantity for the price. An excellent buy. It's good for your health and has that fruit taste everybody wants. If you need Magnesium Citrate powder, get this. You won't regret it.

This powder helps tremendously with better sleep and muscle spasms. I love it. An easy way to get my Magnesium without taking a pill. I even like the flavor, effervescent.

I've been using this raspberry-lemon flavored magnesium citrate and glycinate drink mix for about ten days, taking it at night as part of my bedtime routine. It's designed to help promote relaxation and relieve stress after a long or stressful day, and it contains zero sugar. I can't say for certain whether the magnesium is what has helped, but I have been going to sleep pretty easily since I've started taking it. I enjoy having it as part of my nighttime routine because I like knowing I'm getting magnesium and I like doing something that's supposed to help me relax before bed. The flavor is OK, but it's not my favorite. The drink has a physical quality that reminds me of those effervescent drinks people take for an upset stomach. The carbonation was a little surprising the first time I tried it, and if you don't like that type of fizzy drink, this may not be for you. The raspberry-lemon flavor is fine, but overall, I think I would prefer something with a smoother taste and texture. My other issue is that you have to mix the powder into water before taking it. Has a nice raspberry lemon taste, so that's something to consider when putting in tea. I prefer to use Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Honey, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Ginger or Yogi Blueberry Sage teas.
