They germinate extremely easily. I'mi incorporating a small amount daily, as the taste is a bit earthy for me. But the seeds germinate within a couple days with little effort.
The beans are very easy to grow. I started out with 1/4 cup of beans and it made a gallon sized zip lock bag full. It take a little bit to wash the shells and clean the sprouts. The sprouts are very tasty.
