The Choline is supposed to be good for brain health and many other body functions. They arrived a little bit stuck together and I need to unstick them a bit to eat. The taste is kind of like a sour apple. It started to get extremely sour after a few seconds. You might like it, but if you're sensitive to sour, you might really hate these. They do smell better than they taste in my opinion. The gummies are soft and chewable, and stuck to my teeth a little. I personally don't really care for these.

These are stupidly sour. My family witnessed my puckered face as I choked these down, then they took turns trying them to see if they were truly that sour. Everyone was disgusted and we even checked if they were expired. They're not - just stupid sour.
