Because of health issues gummies do best getting into my system with full force. Magnetic citrate is the best as it is closes to natural. I take nothing less but that said I do NOT like the amount of SUGAR in these gummies! I’d rather have a little unpleasant taste than eat the sugar in these. However I have found no other magnesium citrate that helps me as well. PLEASE PUT LESS SUGAR in these. We have way too much sugar diabetes in our country and this is the main reason…too much sugar/sucrose going into our systems. My advice to all consumers read labels and research what the words are you cannot even pronounce! It is crazy what we are digesting and wonder why so much disease!??! Really??
The taste isn’t that bad and it does what it’s supposed to. I’ve ordered this product a few times now. I bought it originally because for me, I have found this brand trustworthy over the years for vitamins and supplements. Even though for me this was a 5 star product, I found myself browsing the reviews. I found the reviews highly disappointing as the majority only talked about the product not tasting like candy (apparently it used to), heavily sugar coated, and some say even now they are too big and gummy. First of all, if you’re only buying this product because once a while back it was nice sweet and sour tasting and like candy and giving it a poor review that the formula changed, well, that reason is just sad. It works like it’s supposed to. At least for why I take it. Next, it’s at least pleasant enough and breaks down with a high absorbent efficiency as well which it’s important for magnesium sulfate. Yes, it’s sugary, but it helps as I’m sure it’d be a rough go of it if it wasn’t. Yes, they are somewhat large, but if you prefer “gummies” to pills it’s so much easier. If all you can say if the new formula isn’t candy enough like it used to be and nothing about how it works, then go take pills. Don’t bash the product for that “not like good candy” reason since it works for bone, nerve, heart help, and helping with bowel issues. For that my friends are the things it’s supposed to do and does do great. If you’re looking to take it for health reasons, research the brand and reviews that focus more on what it’s for than putting out negative reviews just because it’s not candy enough anymore. It’s still a decent gummy and it works. It’s a good, recommended brand and deserves a try and not to be for a reason like not as candy tasting as it might have used have been before changing the formula. Get it because it works and if you prefer gummies to pills. Then again, that’s just my 2 cents.
I'm on two blood pressure meds that considerably slow down my digestion. My doctor recommended 200-400mg of magnesium citrate. I like the ease and taste of these gummies versus tablets or capsules, which tend to upset my stomach. So far, they seem to be helping with my digestion problems.
This is something my neurologist recommended, being Type 2 Diabetic, dealing with neuropathy. I feel a difference now, been taking for about 6 months now.
I received what I purchased. Gummies are more easier than tablets because of the chewing factor. Quantities and packaging are satisfactory. Color and chewingness are satisfactory. Sweetness, flavor and, consistency are as expected. But sometimes they stick to each other, that is an unsolvable issue of the manufacturing process! Anyway, the customer should be aware of that and always check expiration and if the gummies are stick to each other. I don't see why not, should I recommend this product!!!
This has way too much sugar! The gummies are literally covered with sugar (see picture). I rinse the sugar off to eat them and they are still so sweet my teeth hurt. Whatever the magnesium content is that’s supposed to be good for you, is off set by a ton of sugar that can’t be good for you. So I will go with a different brand next time, will not buy these again.
They're using a new formula. These now mess up my stomach and I can't take them. Been buying them for years. Won't be buying them any more though.
I used to really love these gummies but now, there is too much sugar. I am having to try to wipe the sugar off in order to stomach them. I can no longer spend almost 10 dollars in supplements that I can't use. the taste is even different.
what happened? taller, full of coated sugar and horrible side effects. the old ones were great these are terrible. chemical smell and the worst stomach cramping of my life. I've never had such pain from supplements. took toast with butter to try and help and nothing. beginning to think this is why supplements should be regulated. you completely lost my trust with you brand.
I hate I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. I’ve been talking these for years! I bought several jars with my last order early last year and just made a new order. This new formula is awful! They’re hard with a chalky taste now. I will be returning these.
