The serving size is 2, I'm 125-130lbs and I usually take just 1. If I have one of these gummies about 30 minutes before getting ready for bed I usually sleep better. The gummy is also delicious and has a great texture. I usually wake up feeling well rested the next day and my Fitbit generally confirms that I've gotten better quality sleep.
I have been using these for about a year now. They are so convenient! Sometimes I wake up with a cramp in my foot or leg. I keep these gummies on my bedside table where I can easily grab one and get fast relief.
Absorption was superb. Best ever for me. Pills don't work for me so this was perfect. Love them. I needed this feel amazing and I use them a lot. Best pricing is through Walmart. Small quantity elsewhere for a ton of money. Service here is amazing getting to me quickly. My life is great because of my health being improved.
when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep, I suck on one of these with a tad of water and back to sleep I go. I think the daily allowance of magnesium would allow at least two of these; you need to check for your personal needs. I like the taste, but everyone is different. They are large gummies; I love gummies.
Nature Made is a reputable company based in United States. They are known for good quality independently tested in the US. The Magnesium Glycinate Gummies do not contain any artificial flavors , artificial dyes , are gluten free with no added corn syrup. I added these to my daily supplements because they help with relaxation of muscles , sleep quality and anxiety. I have had great results and the gummies are quite delicious !
Like the flavor of this ones, i'm bad drinking pills, but gummies helps me a lot. Flavor is good, a bit tangy, but you feel it like this until your tastebuds get into it in few uses. I use this daily like 1 hour before go to sleep. Before this kind of magnesium help a lot to relax your body to create natural melatonin and help your nerve system. If you're 40 and have problems sleeping like me, you need this in daily basis. It helps my husband to sleep better after an intense day of work to relief his body from daily stress and cramp in his legs… and if you're with pre-menopause or menopause symptoms, ho flashes, night sweats and have pain caused by nerves and muscle problems, it will help little by little to get better. At the beginning of using this honestly maybe you gonna have like weird dreams and maybe nightmares but doctors says that's completely normal and that is because the magnesium is doing its job fixing your nerve system and your brain, The truth is that after a month using it I don't have no more of those dreams and I really feel better, I have several years in pain caused by a pinch nerve in my neck that can't be reversed but since I'm using magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate with potassium they helps a lot. I'm not using muscle relaxer or anti- inflammatory pills since I start using magnesium. But… only this ones , do not recommend Oxide. I do hibiscus tea on the empty tummy daily in the morning wait at least 2 hrs and then get a lite breakfast i take the magnesium citrate with potassium in the evening after t last meal., and the magnesium glycinate gummies 1 hr before sleep, sometimes I get asleep very fast. So don't try to use this during the day if you're driving, working, out of your house or very early before bedtime because you need to be in a relax mode. It has a better effect at bedtime so it can do its job fixing your body and your health in a good way, just remember individual bodies respond differently, maybe you see results in more or less time, this is a necessary vitamin for your body it's not that you take it today and you gonna see results immediately or in a week…. you need to give it time to your body to be fixed and healing internally problems little by little, so be patience and stress less is a clue snd i you make a little twist to your meals reducing a but in carbs and sugars and your last meal no to close to your bedtime, you can sleep even better. Recommend it 100%
These magnesium gummies or easy on the stomach. I'm not fond of fruity gummy candies but these supplements are far easier to tolerate than the giant horse pills that are the alternative for taking magnesium. I take two of these gummies a day and also two magnesium citrate gummies a day and I think it has helped me calm down and sleep somewhat better.
I like the taste of these gummies. My magnesium levels look good, so they must be working. They are easy to chew too.
I have been taking two of these gummies every day for over a year, I usually buy the 200 mg. but will finish the ones they send me this time, yes, I recommend them both..................
45 minutes of feeling like I was going to die. I almost went to ER. I take magnesium citrate almost daily if I get a foot cramp. I was out so decided to buy these and it was a very scary mistake. 30 mins in It felt like I was losing consciousness the my heart started beating really slow and my breathing was choppy like a panic attack. Then, number 2, every 15 minutes, drinking water made me so nauseous I almost vomited for the next hour. It took 45 mins to not feel like I was dying and another hour to feel almost normal but everything is in slow motion. My breathing is back to normal. There is something very wrong with the magnesium in these gummies or the actual dose. Do not take them. Citrate has never had this scary affect on me. Do yourself a favor and pass on these. The ones I normally take are cherry flavored gummies on Amazon. I believe comp owned by a veteran. White bottle purple writing. Good luck 🤞🏻
