I like these gummies. They are a bit sour, but they have enough sweet coating to somewhat counteract. I havent used very long, but seeing results already. Body mobility better and sleeping well.

I got them for sleep i heard they help.They do i sleep much better.Take at least 1 hour before bed.But of course there other benefits to them.I take in gummy form more absorbable

Each jar has either an extra two gummies, extra one gummy or can have one missing. The gummies stick to the bottom and need a fork or spoon to dislodge. This is the only problem..it's the manufacturing process. Great firm texture, good taste. Better than other types of supplement forms. I plan to continue to buy them.

"New and Improved" flavor is NOT as good as the previous version I loved and relied on. Disappointing, because I looked forward to them every night and now they're just ok. The sour crystals are nonexistent and they are much firmer than before.

The gummies are too tart. Not very effective. After a month of use, my magnesium levels reported in recent lab test showed that my magnesium actually declined. My doctor discouraged from me using gummies and recommended that I switch to pill form instead.
