Nature Made Magnesium L Threonate Capsules, Dietary Supplement for Cognitive Support, 75 Ct

I had a magnesium deficiency and took magnesium oxide and magnesium glycinate. Neither of those worked. Magnesium L-threonate is the only version that agrees with my body. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it. Even though my levels are back to normal, I will always keep this on hand. I didn't realize how bad I felt , until i started taking this and feeling normal again. Highly recommend.

I have been having a lot of difficulty keeping my magnesium level in the normal range. My Dr. was not too helpful on recommending the appropriate formula. There are numerous magnesium formulas, and I have tried several of them and would then have lab done with no help. Finally, I had an IV that helped, but I hoped to find something that I could take by mouth and avoid the IV.This formula so far seems to be the best for me. The only drawback is that the daily dose is 3 capsules every day. The bottle of 75 only lasts 25 days, and it is a little pricier, but it seems to be a better formulation for me.
