They also meet the Food and Drug Administration's requirements for gluten-free foods. I take two gummies daily, and they resemble gumdrops. The peach flavor smells and tastes great. Each serving contains 100 mg of Vitamin C and 2400 mcg of Biotin. I feel good about taking them and have noticed that my skin looks healthier. Overall, Nature Made Skin Hydration Gummies are effective and a good product, offering good value for the price. The packaging is nice as they are easy to store.

They have an extra dose of sugar on the outside, which I did find excessive - it reminded me of a peachie o-ring, which yes is delicious but dang it’s like candy with all the extra sugar.
