This really helps to reduce inflammation and joint pain take one a day or twice a day for really bad pain but make sure you take it with food to prevent stomach irritation.

I've tried all those pricey brands, you know the ones, all natural best quality LOL ye right. When you actually really read the ingredients and full product information you realize basically it's the same thing just a fancier bottle or name. May I add nothing changed as to my bodies response to the Nature Made brand it seems s just as good as those fancy brands.

Great for inflammation and diabetes as well. I take it twice a day and my mom takes for her back issues as well. Great for both. I recommend.

We got these for our 12 year old dog. He gets ear infections we were told to try these so here we are. The dog hates the taste so we lowed the amount to 1/2 a capsule w his evening feeding.

I was taking three prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogrens and read online turmeric might help. Took it for about 3-4 months and went in for labs and my doctor said it was the best labs I've had since I was diagnosed. After about a year my doctor got me down to one prescription. I think it's mostly the turmeric that helped but I also talk nature made fish oil and their multi vitamin. If you have any autoimmune disease I highly recommend taking turmeric every day. It's not a cure but it has helped my inflammation big time. The proof is in my lab results.
