Nature Made Vitamin D3 + K2 Softgels, 30 Count

My Endocrinologist suggested this because of my low Vitamin D. My results have been very good since I started taking this supplement.

I have had pain on my right leg groin area. It that got progressively worse over time and was eventually felt all the way down my foot. Two separate doctors told me that it was my sciatica nerve and nothing could be done to stop the pain. I did some research on the internet and saw that vitamin D deficiency causes different aches and pains. I started taking vitamin D3 K2 and within two weeks the pain disappeared. That was about 4 months ago. I highly recommend this vitamin.

Recommended by doctor after bone scan. The K2 helps D3 to be absorbed into bones. A very small gel capsule and easy to swallow.

This was such a a good find my doctor recommended it ..the only thing nature made could approve is that it needs a bigger count bottle

I tried the gummies version of this and couldn't stand the taste and texture. Saw these gel capsules and decided to try. So much better but I agree with all the other reviewers online saying that the packaging is wasteful. There's 30 small capsules in the bottle which basically is one layer lining the bottom of the jar. They should offer more quantity. I would buy more quantity in the bottle if offered.

The bottle says 30 softens, I only received 26, the seal was attached, however, there shouldn't be some missing

After months of taking these, my normally thick and strong fingernails were thin and breaking all the time. When I looked up vitamin D toxicity, this is a symptom and the recommended dose is NO MORE THAN 4,000 IU daily. Yet, Nature Made only packages this 5K dose of D3 with K2. None of the lower doses are paired with K2. Something is amiss here and needs to be addressed.

They took more than a month to finally arrive and by the time they did, they were completely melted to the side of the container. Unusable. Also, why would you ship vitamins to a metal mailbox when it's 90 degrees here??
