I've crushed it into a powder and added it to one pan chicken with their lavender 💜 🤤 Putting it in a bath soothes the body(nerve pain) and calms the mind(ptsd)☺️. This has helped me so much with inflammation issues too. highly recommend!!! doesnt seem to agrivate eczema!!!

I like everything about this tea, the taste. Its labelled organic, its the whole flowers. and it taste like rue Chamomile. It was double packaged.e. placed in a secondary bag in case the original bad opened. It has great instructions, i.e. keep in the fridge after opening. Who knew?
