Great sleep aid.

My wife likes the sleep aid and wakes up feeling good.

I take this sleep product some nights when I have trouble sleeping. It really relaxes you and you sleep good for the night. No side effects with this. I would recommmand this product .

Great sleep aid. My wife and I both use it. My wife has type 1 diabetes and can 't use heavy sleep medication because she has to monitor her BSL at all times. This is a nice organic sleep aid that doesn 't overdo it. I did crack one open and half the contents into two glasses of water to split a dose. Noticed a couple small white granular particles amongst the root powder. Are these silica? I hope there 's an explanation because I like this product.

I have struggled with insomnia for years now. I take tylonal PM every night, but that still isn`t enough. So I tried this. it definitely helped me sleep. When I was short on money one month, I didn`t buy it, and I could tell the difference right away. I was having a hard time falling and staying asleep again. So I am taking two pills every night, now, along with tylonal pm. It works!

I was looking for something to replace a supplement I`d been taking for a couple of years but for some reason it was discontinued. This one seem to have mostly the same ingredients, but it did not work for me like the other one. Although the product didn`t work for me, I am very impressed with the company. They reached out and offered me another product to try (unfortunately I had already tried it). I find that to be exceptional customer service and that`s my reason for giving them 5 stars. I will check them out in the future when I`m looking for supplements.

No joke, all the OTC drugs people usually take to sleep lead to dementia. Great. So you want to get away from those, but your doctor hesitates prescribing something stronger because that leads to psychotic episodes? Yeah. OK... get yourself into a healthy lifestyle and pre-sleep routine... then take one of these 45 minutes before bed. They DO help you fall asleep (within 10 minutes, in my experience) and STAY asleep (I still wake once in the night, but am not up for hours each time). Over a decade of shift work seems to have left my internal clock fried. These help. Don't expect miracles. But plan on better sleep without drugs.

I frequently have trouble sleeping throughout the entire night as I often wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble going back to sleep. When I take these sleep aids, I rarely wake up in the middle of the night AND if I do, I usually am able to go right back to sleep. These are life saver for me.In addition, check the ingredients! They are all natural and only contain a small amount. of melatonin. I have recommended these to my mother and mother-in-law and multiple friends as well. So much nicer to be able to stay all natural.

I have a tendency to doze off too early then wake up alert just before midnight. When this happens I take a melatonin to fall back asleep, but that only keeps me asleep 4-5 hours. I bought these hoping I would sleep until 5-6am and complete a night of sleep. My assumption was based on reviews.In my experience, these pills help me fall back asleep quickly but I do not stay asleep any longer than with straight melatonin. I am satisfied with these for their ability to nudge me to sleep but underwhelmed by the staying power through the night. I am still waking up around 4-4:30am.Update: I have found that taking two puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep. I wouldnt do it if I didnt have enough time to get complete rest, but for 7-8 hours its perfect!

I am a female in 70's. and have used many other products with great success but this product did not work for me. even tried taking more than recommended since it is all natural but nothing.
