I strongly recommend this product over the much more expensive competing products. Hydrocortisone is hyudrocortisone. It is an FDA standard. There's simply no difference, regardless of price; logically, the cheaper product is just as good as the more expensive product. It simply can't be otherwise. This is a well-made, well packaged product that will save money for wise shoppers and, since I live on a small Social Security pension, it is an ideal choice. Only foolish folks will spend more than needs to be spent to get the exact same product. A fool and his/her money . . . .

I constantly get rashes on the inside of my elbows, back of my knees, underarms - basically anywhere skin folds as a side effect of a medical condition, especially in summer or when I sweat. This helps, mixed 50/50 with 1% clortrimazole, to keep me comfortable and to prevent rashes from getting out of control. This particular brand is not as powerful or effective as name brands or Walmarts inhouse brand, but it is much, much cheaper and plenty good enough for my use.

Summertime mosquitos caught me off guard and I was miserable. Nothing worked, so I bought this and finally some real relief. It will take a few days, and you have to reapply couple times a day, but it really helped. And I could not believe the price, 88 cents?? Amazing! I alternated using Equate Itch Relief Gel, 4 Fl. Oz. and this and in 3 days horrifying bumps from mosquitos are finally not itching.
