I LIKE THE TASTE AND THE DIRECTIONS WAS EASY TO FOLLOW . I DID SEE AN IMPROVEMENT IN MY SLEEP AND I FELT CALM AND WELL RESTED.

INSTEAD OF CAPSULES
I've used Swanson's Chinese Skullcap capsules for quite some time. They are effective. Whenever I find the same, or basically the same, product in liquid form, I go for it. I already take plenty of capsules and tablets, so getting an effective product in liquid form means just that many more caps or tabs I don't have to swallow. I only buy the liquid products that are alcohol free and sugar free. Works for me.

broken dropper
the dropper is defective and I can't get a single drop out of it. don't worry - I'll figure something out but what a hassle.
