Look you have read all the benefits of Ashwagandha. It's all true this product has been really helping me get through postmenopausal. If you know what that means. I would highly recommend this product - this brand. 5/stars. Just my opinion.

I have used this product in the past; unfortunately made the mistake of buying a capsule locally when I forgot to reorder. The extract seems much more potent. I used it twice a day and felt the effect. Not so with the capsule. I've learned my lesson!

This product suggest a serving size of 56 drops. I've never needed to take more than 20 drops in a glass of water. I feel very relaxed in a matter of minutes. The taste of the product is not bad either. I'm very pleased. However, I wish that the expiration date was some place other than the bottom of the bottle. I had to call the manufacture to find it. :-)

Amazing alcohol-free herbal support that is hard to find elsewhere. I like the taste and the health benefits too.

This product works to lower stress and provide energy. Thankful it is available. Very reliable too.

I dont feel like the dry ingredients pills are as good as say the Gaia and this is a good in between until Swanson makes the other. Gaia is too expensive

Good product Easy to take

On the front of the bottle it says "made from 2000mg of Ashwagandha per serving" when it is actually only 400mg per serving, according to the back label.
