Lord Have Mercy. I didn't realise these were quick dissolve tablets until I started to post this review. We have been taking them with a swallow of water along with the rest of our vitamins. Thank goodness it was only 60 between 2 people. This was a mistake getting quick dissolve. I will get the other in the future.

This is a reliable brand. You never have to worry about junk added to it. I use the biotin as part of my daily vitamin routine. The value is also great as you get quite a bit of product for your money. It's also effective which is important for vitamins.
