This made my hair thicker in a short time. In less than 1 week I noticed thicker, stronger hair. The pills are small and start to dissolve quickly. They do not have a strong taste. It goes away quickly after a small sip of water.

Easy to take and great quality

Lord Have Mercy. I didn't realise these were quick dissolve tablets until I started to post this review. We have been taking them with a swallow of water along with the rest of our vitamins. Thank goodness it was only 60 between 2 people. This was a mistake getting quick dissolve. I will get the other in the future.

I use this Biotin because it is the only one I've found which does not contain soybean oil which is a major source of Omega-6. The average American gets about 15 times as much Omega-6 as is healthy.

Great Price. It's nice to be able to afford to stay healthy and Walmart prices are still the best! Good product works well. Love my nails growing n back to white instead of yellow and my hair has shine again skin is less dry too.
