The only thing is that you have to take 2 to get to the dose and they contain some sugar, but in general they are practical and pleasant to consume.

I'm not a huge fan of citrus flavors and this is a strong sour orange citrus flavor. I'm pretty good with sour and love sour gummies but this wasn't my favorite. They are covered in sugar as a way to tone down the sourness i presume, but it doesn't solve the problem. Other than that, its good to be able to get the daily supply of vitamin c in a small serving size.

I'd prefer something that goes down smoother or comes in a different form.
