I e gone supplement and vitamin crazy. My doctor has asked me to STOP wasting my money. So when Im done with what I have, Im not buying any more. I assumed it could only help me by adding more collagen to my body. He insists that since I have no deficiencies - Im just helping my urine be expensive. I have been eating healthy and this has caused a lot of gas and bloating which has not been eliminated by Beano and/or Gas-X. I was taking a probiotic which was not helping. A friend told me to try this product. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks along with some Beano and Gas-X and the verdict is still out, but I believe it is helping. I am going to take it for at least another 6 weeks before I decide whether to continue permanently. This probiotic is somewhat expensive, but the Walmart price is much cheaper than most. About 60 cents per capsule as opposed to $1. That part definitely works for me!
