Good vitamins. Comparable with Sam's Super B complex with Bioten dietary supplements.

I wouldn't say ours the Product itself. It's the false description of the amounts of each vitamin is way off. Like by thousands. It says 333% biotin on the site and in reality it's 3,333% biotin in one cap. Too much biotin causes acne and I'm still dealing with that break out honestly.
