[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a wonderful blend! I use to take different adaptogenic herbs separately but it wasn't convenient. This makes so much easier to remember and it is highly effective, providing the much needed parasympathetic activation.

I just started with Adaptogen a few days ago & I already can feel more relaxed & just overall less stress & tension from anxiety! I will absolutely keep taking it because I realllly needed it more than I even knew!

One of the few stress management supplements on the market that combines the best of the best ingredients, especially ashwaganda, maca and holy basil - which I swear by. It's nice to have all in one, instead of dosing 10 pills to achieve the same results. I will say I think the addition of schisandra may cause a boost in energy depending on your genetic makeup, but no negative response to mention. Whether you "feel" it or not, it's safe to assume the ingredients are doing something at the cellular level.

Anything which helps to naturally improve my sense of well-being is tops in my book -- and this supplement is among my favorite picks. By decreasing outside noise (people, places, chemicals etc) and consciously ingesting more high-quality natural supplements I've noticed a huge difference. With this product as part of my daily practice, I find that sorting through the demands of daily life and attaining peace of mind is a simpler task. Highly recommend!

I am happy about making this purchase, as the adaptogen blend has benefitted my resistance to stress. The effects are subtle, more of a balancing of mind and emotions. Since I've been taking this, I've had some pretty stressful situations arise, yet I seem to be able to keep a positive outlook and thus the situations resolve without undue complications. I attribute this to the system strengthening effects of the product.

Every product I've used from Nature's craft has a unique blend of ingredients. & seems to be cleaner than other company's products. So I continue to use them & was grateful to see this new adaptogen blend as I've used products like this for nearly 10 years. I liked that there is Holy basil in this blend; you don't see that often in other products. I have felt a nice relaxation & even a cognitive shift since taking this. I am interested in seeing how I feel after the whole bottle. I think the support I need for mind & body will have an even greater effect at that juncture.

I tried this product because I like the idea of natural products. It is a blend of several herbs and I have been using it to reduce stress and help me sleep better. It is easy to use, one easily swallowed capsule a day. I have had no problems with it and plan to continue with it.
