I had tried a lower dose strength prior that didn't really work. These are easy to swallow, and they definitely have helped my hot flashes. I take mine at night before I go to bed, because it's easier for me to remember to take it at night as opposed to during the day when I'm busy and may forget to take them, and they have completely gotten rid of my night sweats. My daily hot flashes are not completely gone, but they are less severe and less often during the day, I figure the more I take them, the less and less I will have my hot flashes.
