Exactly what i needed. pills go down smooth without getting tacky and stuck in my throat.

I really wanted to start taking fenugreek supplements after hearing how great it is for hair growth, however I have not been wanting to DIY my own hair care. But also learning the other benefits of Fenugreek when I ordered them has me really excited (I been taking them for a few days now). I did end up starting my cycle when I started taking the pills (not because of them) but it does help with the cramps, I barely have them.

Raise your hand if you've been suffering from long term digestion issues and nothing has been able to help. . . *raises hand* Every time I go to the doctor for my digestion issues they give me a pill with a bunch of ingredients that I don't want to put in my body and never recommend a natural vitamin or supplement. I am so glad I discovered Nature's Lab Fenugreek vitamin because it has absolutely changed my life. For the first time in as long as I can remember I am able to sit comfortably after meals and have had less pain. While I still suffer from some bloating after meals ( which is normal ) I'm not suffering from bloating so intense I couldn't even stand. I'm able to eat more of a variety of foods and I haven't been scared to try anything. My stomach has never felt this good and this vitamin is now a staple in my medicine cabinet.

Horrible, i'm sure this isn't real fenugreek. I bought for the syrup smell of the supplement and started w/ 2 then went to 5 a day i smell like nothing.
