Nature's Path Organic Breakfast Cereal, Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch, 12.3oz Box

This is a great breakfast -- or any time of day-- cereal. I eat it with soy milk. It's got little granola clumps and flakes which (for me) makes for a winning bowl of crunchy goodness. My 8 year old granddaughter likes it too.

Tastes amazing, and although there is still sugar in it, it works for now, until more research can be done .
