It's a BUY!
For a great restful sleep, I take the contents of 1/2 capsule in 1/8th cup of water 1/2 hr before bed. Potency is wonderful.

Nature's Perfect Night
Nature's Perfect Night Magnesium Glycinate... Magnesium Glycinate has been recommended for years as the best, I haven't had blood work done to compare but it seems to be working fine_ The other magnesium I use is a blend and aids my very slow digestion issues_ The Magnesium Glycinate formulation might be better for overall absorbtion, time and lab work will tell_ Ive only been using this for a few weeks and all seems fine. No complaints.
