Great multivitamin if you can swallow huge pills
These are huge pills to swallow. They were recommended by my acupuncturist. Couldn't find an equivalent in any other brand.

Hard to swallow
I give this brand in a chewable form to my daughter with Down Syndrome so I got these for me but they are rectangular with hard squared edges not comfortable at all to swallow. Next time will get the capsule.
