Typical b12
It’s typical b12 nothing overly better or worse than other brands . I do appreciate the price difference from here and other places. You may need to take A LOT of b12 to notice anything but then again you will pee most of it out.

B12 is a necessary volume for me I don't know why it works I'm not sure anybody really does but it definitely brings me more energy and more stability
