These freeze-dried fruits were delicious. It's a great way to store fruit for eating as fresh produce has to be consumed rather quickly. The best part of freeze-dried fruit is that it has a very long shelf life. All the delicious flavors are there. Of course, fresh fruit is yummy, but so is freeze-dried. I purchased some for my sister, and she said it was like eating sweets that are good for a body. I agree. The only downside is the cost. So freeze-dried is a great gift, but not affordable for everyday consumption. In all other ways, this product is delicious.
This is a great better snack choice for my growing child who is always hunting snacks. The taste is great and doesn't have a bunch of stuff that upsets him. Definitely a winner.
Tasty and I like the freeze dried texture, I usually eat them straight out of the bag but they are also great in a plain yogurt. Long shelf life helps keep them handy for a lightly sweet and crunchy craving. My favorites are dragon fruit and cantaloupe.
I love these freeze dried fruits! I highly recommend them. As with all freeze dried fruits they are expensive but very delicious.
Great tasting. Can be pricy, but would rather buy them than try and figure out how to make them on my own.
the kids just didnt like the flavors, most of them were to tart and the kids preferred the apple ones from aldi.
I picked up a freeze-dried fruit sample pack from Walmart just to compare, and honestly it was disappointing. The texture was off—more airy than crisp—and the flavor felt very muted, almost stale. Some pieces even had that odd aftertaste you don't expect from real fruit. It really made me appreciate the difference small-batch freeze-dried fruit can have. When it's done right, the flavor should be bright, naturally sweet, and actually taste like the fruit it came from—not bland or processed. Definitely a noticeable difference in quality.
The fruit snaps did not have the taste of the fruit very distasted. It was a mushy chew. Sorry I did not like I would rather return and get my money back,
Both the packages I opened did not have very much fruit inside. I have had these before and there was way more.
The product was extremely expensive compared to how little of the product each package contained! When ordering wasn't able to enlarge the picture or read weight of each of the packages the box contained or how many of each item was to be received!
