I have SLE this has eliminated ibuprofen from my daily regimen. I'm not a fan of the flavor from ginger. This is a great way for me to get the benefits without an overwhelming taste. The capsuls cover up the flavor but there's a slight hint of taste to it. I take two a day and it's a game changer for inflammation and helps stomach upset from my daily meds.

Are you sick? It has the kick to boost your immune. I took this supplement for 10 days straight and I feel like my body is more relaxed. I'm not sure if it's soothing my muscles or what but I'm going to finish the bottle. I will say, if you don't like swallowing pills you can blend the powder into smoothies or juice to consume easier. It will be extremely strong when you try that method vs taking the capsule normal. You have to drink a full 8oz glass of water or it will make your throat burn. It's not severe but it's enough to be uncomfortable.
