Would recommend
Very easy to take, just pour the small packet of granules into your mouth and done. Really good flavor, also. Seemed to help for a few hours when nothing else was helping.

I swear by these! They are great, anytime my little has had sniffles, starts coughing or cold like symptoms, she's taken this and we've been able to avoid a full blown illness .

These help shorten my kids' colds. My kids like the taste so there is fighting when they need to take it.

Great for cold and coughs
This was great for helping with congestion but I would also recommend taking some otc medicine with it. It does taste great though so that's a plus.
