Natures Way Natures Way Charcoal, 100 ea

This product comes out of the freezer so fresh it feels like I just picked it myself. It takes up very little storage space and looks garden fresh when you plate it.  Not to mention that is flavorful and absolutely yummy! I have used it in lots of different dishes, including egg, soufflé, just spinach and butter, spinach and olive oil and garlic, cream, spinach, spinach casserole, and there's so many other things you can do with it. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charcoal capsule have helped with the usual gas and some of the bloating that I deal with. I have noticed that I haven't gotten much gas after eating most foods that would usually cause me gas. It hasn't changed much of anything else so far but I will update if is does more benefits for me.

I bought them based on my daughter's recommendation. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the ingredients. It contains coconut to which I'm allergic
