Absolutely love it!! Works like a charm took a few times of trying it to get it but the stuff that comes out is insane lol... the only thing I wish I could change is that it goes so fast I'm having to fill it like 3 times the water just goes so so quick

I'm not 100% sure these are needed but it does help when there's crusty gunk.

This cleans your sinuses without the fuss of a netty pot. it's easy to maintain and the salt pods are not very expensive.

where has this been all my life? for the first time in as long as i can remember, i woke up the morning after using navage and i could breathe freely! i didn't wake up sneezing and having to blow my nose. not to mention the process was so easy! and fast! i see myself ordering many, many salt pods!

I use this on the road, bring home only on the weekends. Used twice a day, with an occasional 3rd, the batteries lasted 3 months. My congestion doesn�t develop and this seems to keep the mucous from building up in certain areas. I have been working on why I get continuously congested for years. Allergy tests coming up negative. Towards this end I had been using the neti pot for about 6 months before considering this. It has been working well for me.

Not very productive. I still can't get the base clean nor could I put the nose cleaner scruby down the nose holes. No matter what I tried it won't come clean. I've tried vinegar and baking soda, soap, soaking and a soft scrubbing but can't get anything in the grooves because of the angle. My fingers are not long enough and no scrub brush can get at the back at the top of the base. I need a special curved brush to get in there and I have NOT found one.

The silicone cleaners are too floppy and I'm afraid the tops are going to break off the stick. I can't seem to get the water to go into the nose pads attachment. The last piece to hold the lever open doesn't stay in place, my fingers do a better job.
