Skeptical at 1st but it did work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to use. My ears felt cleaner after using it but the sensation was awkward the first time. I could get to used to it. I liked the idea of drying your ears. That part felt fine in comparison.

I'm not sure I had the water warm enough or if my ears are already very clean because I did not have anything come out. The drying felt a little weird…didn't feel body temperature like it said. It felt a little cooler. I will probably not clean my ears for a few days and try again!

I really wanted to like this. Unfortunately too many things wrong at this price point. The most significant is the piercing sound directly in your ear when the reservoir has almost finished its cleaning cycle. I was going to keep this and just try to deal with it but when the sound pierced my ear so loudly that I was afraid that it might cause hearing damage I opted not to.

Not effective. I tried twice to clean my ears but rather than removing wax, it gave me nausea

I love Navage but this product is terrible. 1) Filled up the wrong spot (blue container instead of white unit), 2) Spilled all over my shirt when I took it out of my ear. 3) No indicator when unit is fully charged 4) No indicator when water is empty in the unit during use 5) No indicator when ear is dry. The worst part is, I looked in my ear with an odoscope and both ears remained full with wax.... explains the cloudy water that came out with no wax... I had high hopes for this product and it is just modern 2026 junk that is all hype and no results. In my opinion, I feel like this was a test product from them and is not fully completed. I am going back to a squirt bottle to clean my ears out home... and for half the price of this unit.

would not spray the water poor design

Brand new and battery won’t charge so I can’t use it. Lame!!
