Well when I first open the box it was all beat up but had all the pieces in it and the instructions were rip but customer service sent me one immediately to replace but the set up is easy in some ways but I am around 260lbs and 5 feet 3 inches woman it holds me up pretty good and sturdy so I give this 5 stars I am very much happy with my purchase thankyou!!!!

Easy to assemble, Allen wrench they send you strips out pretty easily so be careful with it and make sure it's fully engaged with the bolts. Once bed is assembled the corners are sharp so be aware as you walk by. Scratched my leg walking by a couple times

I would have given them five stars as the frame came very quickly, and was easy to assemble. However, they said it came with a mattress protector, and it did not. That is my only problem as it seems like false advertising to me, because the mattress cover coming with it was one of the reasons I bought that frame.

the bedframe was easy to assemble thankfully because the instructions that came with it were not to the bedframe in picture but if you are handy you should be ok. fast delivery 👍

It is a good frame, height seems nice. Lacks longer screws for mid area of frame. Hope it holds up after I put Mattress on it and the weight of the couple who are not petite.

This IS a sturdy frame and was fairly easy for 1 person to assemble. However, 2 holes were not drilled properly and I couldn’t get the bolts in. I did keep the frame as I was able to rig it securely. Although I did have the issue with the misaligned holes, I would buy this frame again.

I dislike the frame structure. I had to buy a bunkie board to place on top of SQUEAKY metal frame. I tried putting rubber pieces in between joints of the slats . when you move the bed squeaks

The mattress protecter was not in the box. No manual, The instructions were turn up (in 4 peaces, one sheet of paper), made it harder to put to geather. Have not used it yet but looks good.

The box was half open the screws where missing the instructions were torn to pieces. I've never have seen anything like this before. I'm in touch with the person in need for this bed to see if she wants to send it back

Very disappointed. They sent me a used ( or returned ) bed frame. You could see the pkg had been opened and some of it was put together. Had scratches on the metal frame. If it hadn't been so heavy, I would have returned it.
