Does what it says
I like this. It dissolves easily and tastes pretty good. It doesn't make me tired or anything, just noticeably more relaxed. I'll often drink one before kids' bath time. 😅

Time will tell
I am enjoying the flavor and have been drinking daily helping me hydrate better ! It is costly but I am giving it time to see if I see any improvement with cortisol issues !!

Rather difficult to evaluate it's effectiveness… Regardless, the flavor is kind of wonky so I would not recommend. Dissociation.
