This is a good product, it's truthful advertising delivered the results for a change. My face is no longer puffy and round while I'm still holding extra pounds. I'm not bloated and my clothes are definitely more comfortable. I do seem to sleep better. I look forward to drinking this in the evening and find it to be quite a thirst quencher. I'm happy with this product.

Have only been using for 4 days. I do love the taste and ease of use. It has not helped my sleep as of yet but definitely feel a bit more relaxed after drinking.

I have not noticed any change after 1 month of use. Sleep seemed to be better at first but quickly changed to less sleep.

Not much of taste hard to "pour" into BOTTLE of water
