The chair is nice and comfortable. It also feels really comfortable on your back and especially if you're in front of a screen for hours. It was really easy to put together in the instructions make it even better. Overall quality is great!

This is not a $300 ergonomically designed, plush, leather covered executive office chair. I realized this when I purchased it. For the price, it is a very satisfactory chair. Assembly was easy enough and it is comfortable.

Order came quickly. I was a bit frustrated putting it together but I'm not mechanically inclined. My son had no trouble assembling it. It's a decent chair for the price I just want something a little more comfortable. The back doesn't adjust but the height does. Can't complain for the price it's a great chair
Beautiful desk chair and comfortable to sit on. One problem is one screw could not get in no matter how I tried . See photos. I am about to return because it's not look right or not even. But my daughter doesn't mind at all, she wants to keep it anyway so, hope not falling apart. It's looks strong though. Definitely perfect for teenagers. Maybe not all chairs from this company defective like mine. Other than that it is worth for the price.

Request for Return – Unsafe Chairs I'd like to request a return for the chairs I purchased. Unfortunately, they are very lightweight and poorly constructed — both my staff member and I have fallen off them multiple times while getting up or answering phone calls. I weigh around 115 lbs, and she's slightly heavier, so this should not be happening. I've never experienced an issue like this with any other chair before, and I'm genuinely concerned that someone could get injured. If a return isn't possible, I'd at least like to share this feedback with your company so you can review the product's safety. Please let me know how I can proceed with returning these chairs.
