I love my big and spacious computer table! It was a bit confusing for me to put together, so I had to call on my oldest son who can put anything together. It super sturdy and has alot of space to put little things on top. It has a basket on the side for documents and such. I love it and it looks nice and my livingroom.
I was pretty concerned when I read some of the negative reviews, but I’m not really sure how the people who gave bad reviews had so much trouble. This went together for me like a breeze. All the connections and holes lined up. Awesome desk for the price.
It's perfect for what I needed. I had to move my office into my living room, which isn't ideal. I didn't want a big, clunky desk... I wanted something that would blend in. This does the trick.
As expected, a lot of the holes for the top did not line up and took a lot of effort to remedy. The frame goes together easily, but when you put the top on, lay the pieces on the floor upside down so you can see how things line up. Aside from that, they table seems sturdy, but not unbreakable. They do include a small screwdriver and wrench, but a power screwdriver really makes this go faster.
I was able to put the desk together by myself (YAH) the directions COULD be better; it's just pictures and I did get temporarily confused looking at one pic NOT realizing it was for the construction of the other number 3 (you may need to know this if you purchase) My true ONLY other grip would be (and as stated by others) the holes didn't match up when putting the long table top on (even when I tried to turn it around) I ended up not being able to use three screws (going to hold onto them just in case) but the table still seems pretty stable and I do not mind that the table isn't really touching the second table properly (picture attached) because it will be covered by my computer BUT the manufacturer needs to fix this obvious issue. It's overall a great desk for only $99 and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 27th but I received it on the 18th so that was unexpected and great. I am using this desk while working from home due to Covid and it will be hold ing three monitors and a laptop . I would have given 5 stars but because of the hole issue I will be giving it four.
I would advise lining up 14 to the table so you don't make the same mistake I did. I used the wrong end of the tables and the middle didn't align. I had to unscrew and switch the 2 piece around.
Legs falling off and pieces coming apart. It was an all day project and we’re experienced! Just awful. The desk is up with screws exposed. It’ll do for now. Just disappointed.
I would not recommend this product for the reason of assembly. The instructions were not clear on what pieces to use and where to use them. After 3 hours of figuring it out the finished product doesn’t look bad, but the assembly instructions were terrible.
If I could rate this desk a zero it would be a NEGATIVE ZERO. If you've never believed what you read in reviews PLEASE believe this one. This desk is a piece of JUNK. The screws in the desk top aren't aligned with the holes in the legs. %2310 is supposed to connect with %236 well guess what THERE"S NO HOLE to screw %2310 into %236. Check out the pictures, I'm literally ready to cry.
Assembly instruction is poorly made. I don't know how many times I had to unscrew and screw them back. Also, every time you unscrew them, the threads from the wooden top come off and make it impossible to screw again...
