I have tried other brands that you find on the shelf at local stores with some success, but the bait would lay out for days before the mice or rats would feed on them. This product I put out small squares like the other brands the day I received and the next day it was gone and I had to rebate. The rodents seem to love this stuff. In areas were cats and other animals can get into I use the feeders I got with the other brands and cut this bait to a size that fits. It works great that way also.

i had unsuccessfully battled mice and rats with glue traps, snap traps, poisons, and electronic "pest away" devices. When a building was being torn down near by those critters invaded full force. Nothing worked, not really, not like this does. My neighbor, who didnt use this product, noticed a dramatic reduction and as of today, neither of us have seen or heard a "peep/squeek" or the pitter patter of them scurrying in cabinets. I will be purchasing/recommending this product, and only this product from now on. I am completely satisfied with everything about this product.

Would highly suggest this product. We have used all kinds of products that had failed. We had never had a rodent problem until recently and wanted a quick remedy to get rid of it. This product definitely solved that problem within 24 hours. The rodents were so attracted to it they could not even wait until we got it open and distributed, they tore through the packaging themselves. Highly recommended!
