It mixed quickly with both cold water and milk, making it simple to prepare an iced or hot coffee in seconds. The coffee flavor was smooth and rich without being overly bitter. Dog water? Swamp water? Literal sink run off? I've never had stale coffee but I'm sure it tastes better than this. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in a product before in my life? Some how even in a latte completely inundated with cream and sugar it still taste like someone washed dishes in my drink.

I will be looking for a new espresso concentrate. The old recipe was perfect. The new recipe is not concentrated. It has very little flavor and is not strong like the original. You have ruined a great product. Please consider going back to the original formula.

This is a new formula - there is less caffeine per serving and the concentrate is no longer as concentrated as it once used to be. The old formula was 100mg of caffeine per tablespoon and this new one is 80mg of caffeine per 2 tablespoons (I compared to a bottle I still had of the old formula). The coffee flavor is also not as strong as it used to be. With this now being in a bigger bottle too makes you think you're getting more product now but it's not nearly as good as it was before they changed it.

Sure it costs less and is a bigger bottle than the concentrate, but you have to use a quarter of the bottle for one cup of coffee. Crazy how the product premiered with a hundred 5 star reviews, all of which were collected as part of a promotion. The people who actually paid for this product are more than a little upset with the downhill quality and uphill price.
