Nespresso Essenza Mini Espresso Machine by De'Longhi, Black

So far so good, when it breaks down in 2 months time, like all the others I have had from you, how do I return it without waiting hours on the phone?

I purchased this nespresso essnza mini a few days ago the machine is great easy to use heats up quickly and fits perfectly in small kitchen spaces. The performance is consistent, and the overall quality feels premium. It's a great choice for anyone who wants a quick, high-quality espresso at home.the capsules go in easily and the coffee is hot only the only downfall i see is the capsules that came with it are very weak in flavour might need to use a coffee whitener or just use the expresso shot not the lungo and add hot milk to it.other than that i love the machine ,but not the capsules i will test more cpsule brands as i can perhaps they may be more flavour not weak watery taste.

Just purchased this machine and I absolutely love it! It's quick and easy to use, with a compact design that fits perfectly in my small Air BnB space. It looks sleek and elegant on the bench, and most importantly, the coffee tastes fantastic! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I love the compactness of the machine as well as its simplicity. This makes it exceptionally easy to fit on a counter and just as easy to use. In addition, it brews an exceptional cup of espresso/coffee.

Replacing a very old unit that had done a LOT of work. Didn't want anything different so very happy with the same again 😁. If it ain't broke……

Took me a little to figure out. Not that it isn't a straight forward machine, but little quirks. I run it once without any pod to warm it up - dump the clear water from the cup and the drain container - then I make the perfect espresso and turn it into an americano or cappuccino.

I like the size because it doesn't take too much space. However, I find that sometimes it quick difficult to push the lever (the opening and closing lid) after inserting the coffee pod.

The machine is good, but the water resevoir is small and the coffee capsule reject container is also very small. A standard coffee cup cannot be used unless you take the bottom tray away.

Love this machine, so easy to use & doesn't take a lot of bench space. Only complaint I have is that the coffee is not hot enough. I have to boil the kettle to fill my cup with boiling water & heat it before using the nespresso. Very annoying but i still love the machine.

Beware the “new” product is not new at all. Shipping was also super chaotic it was lost for 3 days! Notice all the water marks and for some reason came with a few fake pods. I'm keeping it because I need the machine but otherwise terrible experience with this seller and the quality of my item.
