This machine was very easy to put together, easy to follow instructions to download from he app and link the machine to my phone, pods are very easy to place in and lock closed and press the brew button. The espresso was very good and it make very high quality espressos and lattes! I'm definitely not disappointed! The only thing I don't like is that the water tank is in the back of the machine and you can't move it on the side to choose if you want it on the side or in the back. With the water tank being in the back it makes the machine long and sticks out to the middle of my counter so it looks funny. Other than that I absolutely love my new Vertuo Next! Thank you so much for the opportunity to try this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the new Nespresso Vertuo next! We were looking for a simple to use, at home option to replace all of our coffee shop runs and this machine is exactly what we needed. The Vertuo Next provides 4 different options to make coffee: espresso, double espresso, coffee (5oz, 8oz), Carafe (18oz). If you're looking for a strong and bold espresso shot, I highly recommend the double espresso pod, which also tastes great over ice. The machine comes with different color accents to the shiny black finish. We elected the rose gold accent, which paired well with our kitchen cabinets and appliances. The fact that it has a slim fit design it barely takes up any real estate on our countertops. This has truly become the most used appliance within our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium and I love this product because it is so easy to use just the touch of a button gives me the best coffee in my home from espressos, coffee, barista creations, and carafe allowing me to choose from six different pour sizes for my convenience, offers 30+ coffee blends and more, and fully recyclable capsules. This product is a fantastic buy and I am delighted to own one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a couple of weeks and so far I see some pros as well as cons. It's really nice to be able to quickly and easily make my coffee in the morning--the pods are really convenient and the flavors/quality are excellent--and it's simple enough to brew a variety of sizes based on preference. It's also a relatively small machine so it's great that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space and besides that it just LOOKS sleek. Admittedly, the esthetic of it is quite chic (and it comes in different colors). A couple of things to note, though: the pods are a bit pricey to repurchase. Granted, they can be bought from different retailers but it will ultimately cost more than a basic coffeemaker, of course. Another thing that I've noticed is that the machine leaks slightly and this is inconsistent but a bit annoying to clean up. Overall I LIKE this particular model but I'm not 100% in love with it and while so far I'm enjoying using it there are those couple of things that I would change if given the option.

Terrible machine. I was replacing an existing vertuo machine I had. I couldn't buy that model anymore which I was relatively happy with. I've had 2 previous Nespresso pod machines I was happy with. This was the equivalent option. Unknowingly I found after purchasing that the design has changed significantly and has now introduced quite a few annoying issues that I never had before (including low temp coffee !) I've only had this machine for about 6 weeks but am going to dump it and buy something else instead.

Bought this model and it was such a disappointment. Randomly stops working, randomly leaks, randomly runs. Does not seem to follow the instructions provided with the machine. Wasted sooooo many pods on ‘failed' brews due to machine malfunction. Waste of money.

This is the worst machine I've owned. Had trouble since the start. Had trouble since the start. It doesn't fill up the mug to the level it should. Tried everything to fix it including resetting etc. It's now in the rubbish bin. I do not recommend.

Sadly dissapoointed with the new machine, it feels like its gone backwards from my last machine which I loved. Water container is smaller, empty capsule holder is smaller and capsules spill out everywhere when you pull out. Even the lock system is not as easy as last machine its stiff and for some reason some capsules you have to be pretty rough to shut it and lock it. Maybe sort out those things instead of worrying about bluetooth which for me is pointless does nothing to make my coffee. lastly my coffe is not very hot and alot of froth. even heat cup but still cold. Lucky i love the taste off coffee lol, but definitly wouldnt buy this again i'd stick to my Pro.

Great machine when it works. Rejects about 20% of the pods without really telling you why (other than red blinking light). In the 6+ months I've owned the machine I have not been able to pair it with my iPhone - horrible user experience. You'd think Nespresso would be more attentative to what machines they put their money on. Btw, highly recommend Vertuo pods over regular ones. So much better 👍🏼
