NEU MASTER Paper Cutter, 12" Cutting Length, White

The cutter just came today. It was well packaged for protection. The handle was easy to put together and came with a little tool to get that done. I checked to see how well the blade was in cutting. And very happy as it had a sharp clean cut. I love this tapered paper cutter as I don't have a lot of room for the bigger types that paper cutters come in. So I'm very pleased with this cutter for many projects that I will be doing .

This is a very good personal size cutter for small business use. This is my second one, very pleased with them.

Just as described. It works well, and it cuts just as good as the fancier high dollar ones. The price is very nice. It was a tad smaller than I thought, but that would be on me for not reading the dimensions. Overall, it works great for our homeschooling needs and household needs.

The product itself works, however the guide for cutting is not that great, hard to see the line traced out and it cut unevenly. Blade works, not very sharp. It will take getting used to, but is does do the job it's supposed to.

If it is for a student or organization that doesn't have a lot of papers. I got it for my company and can not cut a stack of papers, it cuts about 10-15 if that.

This is a very light weight cheap design and is frustrating to use. It was supposed to be originally over $50 and was on sale, so I thought it must be a good product. If I had paid full price I would have returned it because $50 is a rip off. There are better quality cutters out there for the same price.

won't even cut thru 2pgs!!! it's soooo bad! I am returning.... if they let me. u know Walmart been real finicky lately
