Neutrogena Healthy Volume Lash-Plumping Mascara, Black/Brown, 0.21 oz

It's a good daily wear mascara. Don't expect any dramatic results. Some reviewers said that their mascara was dry. Mine wasn't, it just took a bit to coat the brush well before the initial use since it's packaged separately. I like that it doesn't smudge but at the same time it's easy to remove when you're removing your make up. I wear contacts and I didn't have any issues or eye discomfort yet.

I am highly allergic to things in my eyes and i have to cleanse my eyes frequently through the day - i bought this for those days that i wear mascara on a special occasion i can do so without itching - the bristle brush is not long it is perfect for definition and a drama look also and with contact lenses it will not bother you if you are sensitive i also use waterproof on my eyebrows because i am quick grey in that brow area. and it lasts all day

I had been using another brand for years but lately it was disappointing. Since I use other Neutrogena products, I decided to try the mascara. No clumps! Goes on smoothly . Doesn't seem to smear. Makes a definitive difference.

This mascara does a very good job. This mascara does not clump so it doesn't get into your eyes and cause irritation. I highly recommend this product.

This is my go to mascara brand; I thought I would try the brown/black and the color is nice , although I still prefer black. For this specific purchase, the mascara seemed to be dried out and old. Normally the olive in the mascara conditions my lashes and is easy to apply; this time it clumped some and once dry was flaking off easily. This mascara only lasted less than 2 weeks. Perhaps it's a storage and transport issue or perhaps it's a change in ingredients. Perhaps it was specific to the black/brown .

This mascara is drier than most mascaras I have worn. Also I would not purchase again because it took a lot of brushing on to cover my lashes. Also I paid almost 8.00 for it but when it was delivered from Walmart it was on clearance for 4.50.

I know Neutrogena has good products because I have purchased them before the problem with this was that I received it was all dried up so I couldn't' use it so I sent it back for a refund. I don't want to try again because I might get an old product again.

When i opened the mascara and put the brush into the tube, the brush came out almost dry.. So, I repeated this process over 10 times, and the brush was barely covered with mascara, and the mascara seemed on the dry side. I want to return it for store credit or repayment on my card

You never delivered or have given me my refund.. I called immediately after delivery and said it was not in the bag.. that's because you didn't have it. Then i tried to tell you again and you kept saying bring it back for refund.. I never got it !! Check it out you owe me

I ordered/received the brown/black. The tube was so dry and when applied it gave absolutely no lash volume or length! Even with multiple applications, you could barely tell there was anything on. In addition, it was as difficult to remove with soap and water as waterproof mascara. It doesn't state, anywhere, that it's waterproof, but the second I tried to wash it off I knew it had to be. The applicator is huge, too. It's the while length of my eye! I ran the wand under water and put it back into the tube and it seemed to activate whatever was in there, but I won't continue to use it because of how difficult it is to remove. It says to use their oil-free remover, but if it's not coming off with soap and water I'm not using it. Very disappointed. I was looking for another brown/black mascara and was excited to try this. No wonder it was on sale.
