Revlon ColorStay Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil, Built-In Sharpener, 202 Black Brown, 0.01 oz

This pencil goes on easy and smoothly and stays put, does not smear or smudge, even in the heat. I was looking for a way to streamline my make up routine, and not having to mess with liquid liner or set pencil with powder makes things much quicker. I've just been doing liner and mascara and get done quick!

I love this eyeliner. I have used it for years due to its ease of use and lasting (all day) color and no smudges! I have very sensitive skin and this eyeliner does not irritate like some do. I have tried other brands but they fall short.

The Revlon color day eyeliner it's a really nice creamy texture. It goes on really smooth. It can smudge out really nicely. I would definitely recommend it. It's long wearing. This eyeliner is the best I've used stays on all day and no smudging ! I used all the name brands at the makeup counters and for the money this out does them all!

I'm not a fan of this formula, however the sapphire was the favorite out of the 3 that I got from this same line of eyeliner pencils. 1 didn't go on hardly at all, one had issues going on but eventually went on, and this one, sapphire, did its thing like a champ. Now, why am I reducing a star on the only color that went on? It didn't have any staying power, it went on, but where did it go? Lol. And the actual line of eyeliner pencils, whatever it is, has ruined revlon for me, cause why is the formula sooooooo dry? I needed them all to be as creamy as this one was, where is the consistency? Call me crazy if you want, but this line of eyeliner pencils from revlon, has completely ruined the entire brand for me. I used to think revlon was fire. Might have to reconsider

It's just a dry formula. Some of the other ones I tried were dry too, so I'm thinking they're old or just really dry. This one was also dry (navy). I liked sapphire though, it wasn't dry and went on nicely. I don't know what it is about navy and black violet but both of them were dry, this one actually went on though, whereas black violet did not. I'm gonna keep this one but be warned that 2/3 of the pencils I got were super dry. Like I said navy got 3 stars for going on at the very least and being a decent color, and the staying power is also there. They didn't budge. Tightlining with these colors were a bust though, I will say. It went on, just really roughly. 3 stars for the color and actually going on despite being a dry formula. 2 stars being reduced for irritating my skin and being a dry eyeliner at this price... honestly I'm pretty upset with revlon right now. Do better if you're going to have these kinds of prices revlon. 🙄I could have paid 1 dollar for this at a drug store that's how bad it was.

I had purchased this hoping to try out new looks but was instead met with disappointment. The consistency of the formula makes it extremely difficult to get the color to apply. There is a way to get it to kind of stay on but I really am disappointed. I will be trying any other brand in the future

Dude, this eyeliner was so dry you'd think I was trying to use it in the Sahara desert. I also ordered sapphire and navy but this is the only one that gave me continued trouble (black violet btw). Navy also gave me trouble and goes on but dryly, and sapphire was perfect. Awful

I have used this eyeliner for years and it was the best but I have purchased two in the last 2 weeks bc I thought the first one was messed up somehow but both are the same. There's no pigment and it's dry and doesn't glide on like it used to. I think they've changed the formula. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing this any longer due to that. Bring back the old formula!!!

One of the absolute worst eyeliners I've ever used. Had to go over it several times to get any color on. It dragged across my eyelid and the tip broke because it dragged so much. It was clumpy, dry, and just awful. It went straight into the trash.
