Tired wrinkled puffy eyes be gone!
Great eye product for dark circles, wrinkles, puffy %26 tired looking eyes. The texture is somewhere between a gel and a cream. It's very lightweight, is not greasy, and works well under makeup. This is as good as the most expensive eye creams and gels for a fraction of the cost!

I really like Neutrogena products! The under eye cream really helps with the under eye circles! I recommend the Hydro burst awakening cream.

Feels cooling, tightens bags under eyes
I started using the Hydro Boost facial wash and cream and I really liked the way it made my face feel. I have loose skin or bags under my eyes so I bought this Eye awakening cream to try. This is cooking and makes the skin tighten up under my eyes. Thank you!

Arrived in a broken open box. Tube was dirty on the outside and obviously used. Please send. NEW one to replace this
