I had been using a liquid makeup remover, and after using it, my eyes would get red and irritated through the next day. I began to think that getting all that dissolved makeup into my eyes was the problem. A Neutrogena Towlette removes ALL makeup, including eye makeup, but because it is not a liquid, very little gets into my eyes. This is a much better product for me to use... not sticky, no heavy perfume, and it works! PS I do NOT use waterproof mascara, so I don't have any comment on that.

I started to look for cheap but good makeup wipes about 6 months ago and found this, it's really good, removes all of my makeup. It leaves a little bit of an oil residue but I don't really mind as I wash my face tight after. Removed waterproof makeup easily.

...very difficult to work with. It is tender to the touch of everything and I get sensitive spots that burn. To find this product made my life so much easier. I can now wear a very light rouge I never dared try. Bless these products.

I use this all the time. Its a nice quick way to clean your face. It takes most of the makeup off. I still need to use astringent afterwards. But its still very good.

I have been using this product for years and love it. Removes stubborn eye make up and avoids staining washcloths.

Removes makeup well but stings around the eyes. But this product stings less than all the other products. I think I tried all of the other makeup wipes!!!

The wipes are really good it's just the scent I cant get over. The fragrance tends to give me a headache. And last I checked neutrogena is a brand for the skin, they should know anything with fragrance in it isn't good for the face. Some fragrance FREE wipes should be thought of. Other than that they're great.wipes.

I don't like these at all I prefer the members mark make up remover cloths I got for years hope they are coming back in stock. The Neutrogena are not nearly as nice and they are over priced

Someone stole my product out of my o line order. I never even received this. Checked the car checks all the bags again. It's not in there.
